Was told the room was ready at 12:30 pm but there were system problems could not check in till 3pm....waited at the bar lounge and asked for some small compensation....was responded with a too bad check in is at 3pm....but we left a restaurant early because our room was ready....now THE ROOM...looks like a 1960 Brothell the shower floor and frame is rusted and filthy...had to put a large towel on the floor to not step on the filthy tiles...This is a red roof...days in Indian run dump will be requesting a full refund for a horrible experience....DO NOT BOOK THIS DUMP...!!!

It was very close to the airport and beach. The staff was super friendly.

The pictures online look nothing like the hotel. We paid to get an upgraded room however there was nothing upgraded about it. We were told it was under renovation, but saw no workers the entire time we were there. They were stains in the carpet in the room was clean to our satisfaction. The staff was accommodating and it was in walking distance to great food and drinks. The restaurant in the hotel served amazing drinks as well.

Clean and tidy and suited our purpose

Check in was awful , we arrived early and were aware we may have to wait . But then to eventually get our room 2 hours after check in time was ridiculous. Not enough staff cleaning the rooms apparently. WiFi we also had to ask about as it kept going off. And trying to get extra milk or creamer for our room was a trying .
