Interesting non traditional expensive experience.

Great location; pretty room great mattress. On site lovely concierge service.

Gym is ridiculously poor. I didn't like it at all. No windows and extremely small. This is not what I expected from a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was also extremely poor and quality below average

Wonderful hotel to feel pure happiness!

In my opinion “ 1 hotel” is the best in San Francisco, because it’s located on the first line of the coast and views from windows are breathtaking! The atmosphere in hotel makes u feel like home, all workers are very friendly and helpful, whatever I ask -they give me answer. They found for me beauty salon for Russian manicure, even they gave me Hair tie on reception. So big thanks for: Christina, Antony, Dani, Jeremy. Also Jemar made me cool pics near entrance and Hoce showed me different rooms and helped with choice. That’s why to this hotel I want return again and again! But the most amazing is that they give amazing bicycle to discover around, emotions that I felt during riding are one on the stronger that I could get traveling around all USA, so don’t miss this opportunity!

Modern Luxury Right on the Embarcadero

1 Hotel San Francisco has one of the best locations in the city if you like being near the waterfront. The views, the walkability, and the easy access to the Ferry Building and Embarcadero make it a great place to stay. The design feels modern and calming, with a style that is upscale without feeling cold. It’s the kind of hotel that feels current and comfortable at the same time. A few of us from The Green Cross always notice when a place manages to feel fresh while still fitting into the energy of San Francisco, and this one does that really well.
