The hotel is situated in the Furnas Valley on Sao Miguel Island. Please note that due to routine and recurring maintenance of the thermal pool, which typically takes place between 4:30 p. m. and 2:00 p. m. the following day, we would like to inform you that the hotel cannot provide any form of compensation if it coincides with your dates of stay. However, we do offer the availability of our thermal jacuzzis as an alternative during this period.
