M Social Hotel Times Square New York

Convenient location to Tikes Square.

SCAMMED by the $500 fee. Staff were rude and avoiding

The hotel is very loud and used, overused, plus the rooms are tired, bathrooms are used and problems with cold water pressure. Told reception at least twice about it and nothing was done. Elevators to get first to the lobby and then to the rooms are not really functioning for the number of guests. Great location and walkable to main attractions but the rest is disappointing.

It was a comfortable room, but overpriced even for " Manhattan standards"

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was outstanding. The rooftop deck is amazing!
