Renaissance Dallas North Hotel

We booked a queen bed. Paid extra for it but they gave us twin. The front desk said the will refund us but no refund. Rooms were really bad not clean at all. And no room service.

The location and how convenient everything was from it.

My room wasn’t ready upon arrival and i booked a month in advance and arrived at the time frame for it to be ready.

The facility was cleaned everything was exceptional down to the workers

Had to pay for parking and which there aren’t very many spots and they’re narrow, the cost for drinks are expensive and wasn’t worth it had to get drink re-made over and it still wasn’t right and food wasn’t worth the price, on top of that went outside to sit by the pool to relax and that was the most nastiest site ever, the pool wasn’t clean and looked like it haven’t been in along time and the patio furniture was disgusted 🤢, and my remote control wasn’t working in my room had to call maintenance to reboot whole tv to program remote, plus toilet kept making some weird noises every night like it losing water pressure or something, and there’s no microwave in the rooms, but only one downstairs in the lobby….like wowwwww gots to do better to be an upscale hotel!!!!! Rate this hotel a ⭐️⭐️ 1/2
