Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown, an IHG Hotel

Esta bien ubicado pero todo lo demas es negativo hay otros hoteles mucho mejores

El Hotel esta en remodelacion, no hay lobby ni bar esta informacion deberian divulgarla en su pagina porque de haberlo me habria ido a otro hotel El hotel es viejo y mal mantenido tiene mas de 100 años

My stay at the Hotel Indigo in downtown Dallas was absolutely terrific. The room was nicely appointed - great layout and good furnishings (nicer than I expected, compared to other hotels in the same price range). The bed was very comfortable, the thermostat worked beautifully, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean and stocked with nice toiletries. They are in the process of renovating the hotel - but the construction in progress didn't take anything away from the great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Not a lot really but it was in fairness undergoing renovations. That was a shock on our arrival.

As the hotel was undergoing renovations we accepted the tempory check in desk in the hallway. But the receptionist never once apologied for the appearance. While he wasn't rude at anytime he had a stern manner. The real proplem was hes misreading of our reservtion. We paid in advance for parking but he told us we could self park or else pay for valet parking. Because he checked in both rooms separetly he did not see the parking included on the second room. when I pointed this out he said we should take it up with booking.com. It was only when he charged the second room more than the first room that he took interest and the valet parked the car. We didn't try breakfast as we were not expecting much based on our check in experience.

Everything at hotel indigo was amazing! They had renovations going on and it was still the best place we have ever stayed! Friendly staff, yummy food, clean and comfortable rooms! This hotel is in the perfect location!

We liked everything

We recently stayed here for four nights.On arrival there was a makeshift reception as it is getting renovated, the the renovation work should be stated when booking, the room is small and modern rooms and beds are comfortable but there isnt too much storage space. You were able to hang your clothes within the bathroom space. Also bear in mind that there is no room safe.Breakfast was ok but small in choice.Staff are friendly and helpful.
