Todo excelente la comida exquisita...el restaurante Francés y el italiano, excelentes. Muy buena atención del mayordomo y todos.

In some areas it is a little cold and sterile looking.

We had a fantastic stay at Le Blanc Cancun. All the staff we encountered were friendly and focused on the customers. We had superb service at the Bar Lobby and want to give compliments to Raul & Fernando. They are great bartenders and made great drink recommendations and were very engaging. I had a fabulous deep tissue massage from Miriam. I will definitely ask for her again. We had delicious meals at Bella & Yama and a wonderful dining experience at Lumièr. Our butlers Saul & Roberto took great care of us as well as our wonderful Concierge Alessandro. We will be back!

We had the best time in le blanc the service is amazing our butler's David and Billy we're great and took good care of us with everything we needed also the beach is beautiful.
